Our methodology is based on our experience running Photography Agency programs and our focus on results for our clients. Our true passion is producing compelling photography first and foremost. As always our goals are to create images that compliment products and materials in the most favorable circumstance with inviting results that consumers favor. The end result is better sales. To ensure jobs are done efficiently and with effective results we apply the following process:
- Account Services Manager downloads to the management team the client's request
- A creative brief or project brief is created if one is not provided by the client
- Management team develops a work plan. This varies depending on the scope of the project. The work plan could consist of steps such as: strategic direction, creative concepts, planning and production.
- The respective specialists do the research necessary to build upon the creative or project brief and report to the team on their recommendations regarding the various components / steps. The brief(s) are reviewed with the client when changes are made or, if clarification is needed the Account Services Manager maintains the brief(s) and ensures any changes are properly communicated to each participant
- Creative develops their concepts based on the brief(s) and an internal review is done with all the agency participants present
- The Account Services Manager is the point person to ensure that the creative is on target. The Creative Manager gives input and the team applies changes as appropriate
- Digital Freedom goes through reviews with the client until the project is approved.
- Each DF participant initials their work and material is double checked for accuracy, completeness and quality by DF team at each stage
- Feedback from the client and vendor partners is documented, communicated to all and filed digitally in the job folder on our server and physically in the job jacket. At any time during the project any participant is able to refer to the folder and jacket to see all the current information regarding each project
- Just before the project is released to the client our management team reviews it one last time to ensure everything has been addressed and the job is ready to release
